Welcome to the Blog! We must start with why I started this in the first place. I wanted a platform that allowed me to share my whole self. I love my YouTube Channel, but I needed a place to share with you the latest and greatest at home workouts, beauty must haves, books I can’t put down, healthy recipes and lots more! As for my YouTube Channel, it has all my favorite short but effective workouts. Those include my 5 minute arm workouts! They are killer. If you want to sculpt those arms quickly, all you need is a set of 2lb weights and 5 minutes. I recommend doing the arm workout 4 times a week to see results.
At Home Workout Must-haves
I absolutely love working out at home. It not only saves you time and money, but you can get a very effective workout. Here are my top 3 fitness must-have items.
Gliders are amazing. A game changer to your fintess routine. If you want to lean out those inner and outer thighs, gliders will be your best friend. They are also great for working those abs. Plus, you can use these to change up your lunges and side lunges!
Lastly, ankle weights will add that extra challenge to your workouts. They are also great at helping lift and tighten your glutes.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE BEAUTY PRODUCT?
Best of the best! Okay, I’ll be honest I try a lot of beauty products. But, there are a few in my bag of tricks that just WORK. Egyptian Magic Cream sounds like a hoax, but it is a miracle cream. You can put it on anything. It will help with dry skin, it’ll clear up a blemish and help to heal a burn.
As for Anti-Aging, Vitamin C Serum is a must in your skincare arsenal. I love KIEHLS’ Powerful Strength Line Reducing Concentrate. It helps with skin texture, tone and smooths fine lines and wrinkles. It’s essentially the best antioxidant skin booster! Plus, KIEHLS is known for having naturally derived ingredients in their products!

- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup plant based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
My (healthy) Baking Addiction
I love sugar. But, we all know sugar should be consumed in moderation. There were definately times where I would eat bags of sour candy everynight before bed. I needed to break that habitt. That’s why I got into healthy baking, with high quality, delicious ingredients. All of my favorite go to recipes are under 30 minutes to make and most of them I find on Instagram!
The great outdoors
Not everyday can be a great day. There are weeks where I’m in a slump and would do anything just to break the negative cycle. I’m lucky enough to live in the Rocky Mountain State, where the air is always fresh and crisp. Simply, stepping outside to go for a walk always does the trick. There’s something about mountain air, it cleanses your soul and rejuvenates the body. So, I say to you, when you’re down and out, head outdoors!
Why do we always skip doing sit-ups? We all want abs, but we hate to work for them. Well, have you ever tried a standing ab routine. I created a 5 minute effective standing ab routine. Give it a go 3 to 4x a week to see results!

Where’s your happy place? For me it’s not where, it’s who. It’s true what they say, amazing things happen when you least expect them to. That’s what happened with me a couple of years ago. I met the love of my life. I went to work like any other day and left that afternoon meeting the man I would spend the rest of my life with. I’ll go into that love story soon. Just remember, everyone has or will have a Hallmark story!
